I will not write ships with muns who are underage.
Multiship with chemistry. Chemistry is the key important part here — I do not write ships with just anyone, or without discussing things with the other person first.
Battat is in her 30s. I will never write a ship with her that involves an underage muse.
Battat is bi and poly. Mun has a bias towards Battenna, Polymikes, and Spamttat.
ABOUT BATTAT

( credit : jobrepeller on Tumblr )
Pippins #007 — Battat, AKA "Small Mike", AKA "The Green Pippins".
She/her pronouns and feminine terms only! When disguised as Small Mike, she uses she/him pronouns, and is more open to gender neutral or masculine terms.
30 years old.
Her "birthday" falls on December 2nd.
Bisexual and polyamorous (multiship w/ chemistry)
Voiceclaim is Shelby Rabara (Peridot from Steven Universe).
Battat stands at about 4 feet tall, being slightly shorter than the average Pippins.
Tenna's right hand dice and TV World and Castle Town's resident conspiracy theorist. A little off kilter and unhinged, and horribly down bad for Tenna.
After an incident where she'd obtained a Shadow Crystal and went mad with an identity crisis, Battat's gone and, for the most part, abandoned her old Mike persona. She still carries out much of the duties she did before under it, but now as herself, rather than someone else.
Battat is horribly insecure and has a weak sense of identity. She doesn't exactly know who she wants to be -- having built a lot of her identity around Mike, being Mike, Tenna, and the Mike conspiracy as a whole. Outside of that all, she's not able to see herself as more than a lowly Pippins.
Operates on a flexible, floating timeline when needed. Most interactions assume post-chapter 4, but can write Big Shot Era interactions, as well. My portrayal of Battat does not change for Big Shot Era interactions, only assuming that they take place before she takes up disguising as Mike.
No. of Tennas that know her secret: 3!
Battat has a baby with Spamton (@specildeal.bsky.social) named Pigeon, who hatched from an egg. She also cares for another egg given to her by Tenna (@mikeplaythevhs.bsky.social).
As of 10/13/2025, she is a member of Koffin K (@koffinkountdown.ruins.party)'s crew.

MORE ABOUT BATTAT

( credit : jobrepeller on Tumblr )
Paranoid and neurotic, Battat is highly suspicious of everyone around her. Even those that she's closest to and considers friends or partners. There always has to be some kind of catch to things if someone is "too nice" to her. They're either hiding something, lying outright, or secretly conspiring against her.
Battat's own paranoia around others and insecurity tends to draw her towards a lot of attention seeking behaviors. Particularly, she'll often fish for compliments and reassurance from other people — specifically any variant of Tenna. She prides herself on hard work and a job well done, and she can be rather desperate in her attempts to seek praise for it.
For years, over time while disguising as Mike, Battat's developed a fear of becoming obsolete to Tenna in specific. Being abandoned, much like he was. Many of these fears stem from her own complexes as a Pippins, knowing how insignificant they are to Tenna, as well as a separate fear that some day, Tenna wouldn't even need Mike anymore. Some of these feelings have warped into her straight up feeling possessive over Tenna, like she's owed him and his attention. She's aware her attachment to him is unhealthy, but doesn't necessarily make efforts to address it.
Though she's terrified of being left behind by others, Tenna especially, Battat is also eager to try and push them away, and emotionally keep them at an arm's length away from her. It took her years to admit to herself that what she felt for Tenna was love. Loving people scares her, because once she loves them, it hurts just that much more to see them leave, and to know they don't love her back. Oddly, this attitude doesn't seem to extend much to Lightners.
A bit of a superiority complex and big ego. She loves telling other people how stupid they are in as many different ways as possible and bossing them around. She loves being considered an authority on certain things, being in charge, and taking charge despite her size and status as a Pippins. Despite how big her ego and sense of superiority can be at times though, it's rather fragile as well, and can be broken in an instant. She has a big chip on her shoulder about being taken seriously and being seen as someone who's worthy of others' respect.
She has a bit of main character syndrome, sometimes both loving and hating the idea of being "special". She loves all the positive praise and attention it grants her, but hates how alienated it makes her feel. To her, she's both the glue that holds TV World together, and an average Jane Doe. She wants the attention and adoration that comes with being special, special in particular to Tenna, but she dreads the mockery and disdain that'd come with it.
She dislikes and resents most of the other Pippins, feeling othered and alienated around them. She can never tell if they like her or if they hate her, and it frustrates her deeply. Sometimes, deep down, she wishes she could be red like the rest of them are, and that she didn't stand out like a sore thumb among them.
Battat can be very loud and rude -- sometimes to the point of cruelty, if she dislikes you enough. She has no real interest in censoring herself either, only softening up her language and attitude if she's speaking with a child. She's very combative, in a way that makes her seem almost eager to argue with others.
Incredibly irritable, with a short and explosive temper, Battat's patience with others runs out quick and fast. She's easy to annoy and frustrate, and she absolutely hates it. She can frequently be found chewing out her fellow Pippins for slacking off and being disrespectful.
A perfectionist to an absolute fault, Battat holds herself and others to often near impossibly high standards. It's her way or the high way, and damned if you don't follow it. Everything around her has to be in perfect, working order 24/7, to the exact letter and number, or else she gets angry and restless. She'll micromanage things if need be, and is considered a big control freak by those around her.
Battat is high-strung, and on some occasions, painfully awkward with others — often poor with handling situations outside of her own pitifully small comfort zone. She's easily anxious and flustered, especially when it comes to interacting with Tennas in particular or being approached flirtatiously.
Quick and perceptive, Battat pays very close attention to people for the most part. Maybe her assessments of them aren't always 100% accurate, but she's always analyzing the behavior of others and studying them closely. Much of this is tied to her more paranoid tendencies, but it also comes from a place of pure fascination with the world around her.
She's incredibly curious, sometimes too much so, and often sticks her nose in where it shouldn't belong. Though she did this most often with the Mike conspiracy, it's a rather broad bad trait of hers that gets her into trouble anywhere. She wants to know everything, and she'll intrude on anything to learn it... even if it could potentially hurt her.
While she's abandoned her efforts in unraveling the Mike conspiracy, she's still very protective and authoritative over Mike as a role, who is and isn't allowed to be him, and how he is to be portrayed. She's a huge purist, viewing her portrayal as the "definitive", and wanting to give any derivatives her personal blessing before they can perform Mike's duties. She has a whole "Rules of Mike" book that she claims is required reading for anyone wanting to take up the Mike mantle, and any deviation from her rules will grant you a thorough chewing out.
Though she has enough decorum to repress it around people she doesn't know as well, she can be rather vulgar and perverted. Part of it is simply because Pippins are just Like That, but another part of it is that Battat herself is just Like That. Her manner of flirting tends to err more on the side of being a bit raunchy and cartoony.
She can be incredibly pessimistic, often viewing the glass half empty and having a rather doom-and-gloom outlook on things around her. For as much as she's sick of everything she has to put up with in her day-to-day life, and how much she resents others around her, she's also stagnant, making no efforts to change things or make things better.
Battat is always, before anything else, someone who loves being a contrarian. She's always contradicting herself, and purposefully defying people's expectations of her out of spite. She lies, denies, and sometimes plain makes shit up for the hell of it. For as much as she'll claim she doesn't want to be special, how she doesn't want to be the odd one out, she seems to relish the attention purposefully going against the grain can net her.

HEADCANONS
Battat is autistic and has OCD. Counting is a common compulsion for her.
In the Light World, Battat is a solid green D20 die that was owned by Asriel. She was a single green die in a pack of red die ordered for playing tabletop games. She's a more cheaply made bootleg and has some subtle manufacturing defects / misprints on her body that aren't immediately obvious at first glance.
Much of her neurotic, manic, and overly curious personality comes from Asriel's first campaign character that he created for tabletop games.
She has an affinity for puzzles and mysteries, a lot of which is what led her to get invested in the Mike conspiracy in the first place. While it is the one she dedicated the MOST time to, it's by far not the only conspiracy that she's invested in or has a dedicated board on.
When in costume, Battat utilizes a voice changer and dons a country accent to disguise her voice as Mike. She doesn't sound immediately recognizable unless you listen very, very closely.
Battat is an incredibly skilled mimic, capable of producing near perfect impressions of people's voices and the noises around her.
She's a rather talented singer, but ever since she's abandoned being Mike full time she's much more shy about performing in public.
Battat is bilingual, being able to speak and understand both English and French, the latter of which being due to her being a part of a set of die manufactured in France.
She will pretend she doesn't, but she considers the cats from her minigame pets, and has unique names for every one of them.
A lot of Pluey's cat-like behaviors have rubbed off on her. She's not very aware of this. She's capable of purring, resembling a muffled rattling sound like you'd hear shaking dice in a cup.
Rarely, when she's happy, you may hear her make pinball or slot machine noises.
She becomes incredibly clingy and affectionate when she's drunk.
She hasn't committed any of the Fun Gang's names to memory.
Battat likes video games, and has a good amount of game developing experience. She helped develop the original Shadow Mantle RPG alongside Ramb as well as the Legend of Tenna adaptation with her fellow Mikes, and her own recreation of the Battat minigame from Cat Petterz.
Originally a completely nameless Pippins by default, Battat was so proud of her work on her recreation the Cat Petterz minigame that she picked out the name Battat for herself after it. Other nicknames she goes by and accepts are Battie / Batty and Lucky. Members of Koffin K's crew call her Carrie.
Battat is kind of the "runt" of the Pippinses — She's shorter, frailer, and among the youngest of all of them. She also happens to be the youngest of the Mike Trio.
Despite this, she has a bit of an old soul — partly due to so many years of hanging around Tenna. She loves listening to old music while she works and enjoys "grandma" games like Solitaire, Mahjong, Bingo, and Chess.
Battat loves jazz music and drum 'n bass music.
Battat has a huge fondness for sweets and desserts, particularly strawberry flavored desserts. Her favorite is strawberry cake.
She's dabbled in a myriad of hobbies, mainly as a result of certain outlandish requests from Tenna while in her Mike disguise, but primarily, she's a rather skilled tailor, artist, and engineer, as well as audio mixer and editor.
Before her promotion to producer, outside of her disguise, Battat worked in the costumes department for TV Time. She created the design concepts for and tailored her, Jongler, and Pluey's Mike costumes.
Though she believes she isn't, Battat is surprisingly good with babies and little kids, having spent years babysitting Spamton and Tenna's Pipis. She's very sweet and patient with them. Teenagers, on the other hand? Not so much.
She'll pretend that she doesn't, and deny it to hell and back, but much like the average Pippins, Battat can be quite cheap, and has a secret affinity for gambling and cheap thrills. She loves being shaken, and gets absolutely giddy if you shake her.
Like many other Pippinses, Battat formerly used to live in the Card Kingdom. She was quite young during her time there, and along with blocking out much of her time there, she also doesn't remember it very clearly.
She lived under the Heart King's court in Card Kingdom. She was very dearly beloved by him, and she was rather attached to him as well. She held a high-ranking position above other Pippins, and was also one of many puzzle makers that was fired when Spade King took over. When Spade King locked away all the other Kings, Battat was unaware the Heart King was taken against his own will and assumed he abandoned her.
She hardly ever takes off her gloves, and is very protective over them. Underneath them, she has puppet-like hands and ball-jointed elbows, a left-over side effect from when she had her Shadow Crystal. Any time Battat takes off her gloves in front of another character, it's a sign she greatly trusts them.
Ever since the Shadow Crystal incident, she's had recurring nightmares involving primarily IMAGE_FRIEND and Gaster. She's frequently subject to the mercy of a lot of IMAGE_FRIEND's "playing" (often just amounting to psychological torment, really), and though she might say she doesn't know much about Gaster, she's suspiciously familiar with the language of and capable of speaking in Wingdings.

Nonbinary lesbian, I use she/they pronouns.
I live in the USA, EST timezone. I have a very wonky sleep schedule, so I may be up at odd times in the day!
I draw as a hobby. I will often draw fanart to accompany posts on this account and others.
I do have a few years worth of RP experience, however, I am majorly used to crack and banter roleplay. Literate and serious RP is something I am still getting used to. I got my start in the Pokémon verse on Twitter back in December 2019.
I am autistic and I have ADHD and OCD.
I'm open to chatting and making new friends in the verse! But I can also be rather shy. I'm typically not one to initiate conversation, but I can try.
Sometimes I will interact with my own other accounts, as my portrayals tend to be connected.
If I ever make somebody uncomfortable or do something wrong, please please don't be afraid to tell me! I never ever mean any harm in what I do, and I'm always trying to improve, so if there is ever an issue, I would much prefer you just privately talk to me and sort it out.

MOTORMOUTH MIKE — THE MIKE THAT NEVER STOPS.
The air waves crackle with freedom. The smell and taste of dried gel pen. The volume is at max — it pulls the strings and makes them ring. A working theory, a theatre in perpetual motion, an endless feedback loop. She knows too much, but not enough.
What are you looking at?
... Can you hear me? When did you start being yourself?A version of Battat that was driven to madness by a Shadow Crystal, given to her by IMAGE_FRIEND. She's fully absorbed herself in the Mike persona, completely forgetting who she once was. There's no other Mike but herself. All the others are mere impostors.
The Tenna of her timeline is dead. She's deluded herself into thinking he's alive and well, routinely giving herself tasks and schedules she pretends are from him.
She's long since abandoned the other Mikes, isolating herself to the outskirts of Castle Town, of which where she would appear and be able to be fought as a secret boss. Access to her Boss Arena would require the Claimb Claws.
Mike speaks cryptically, in riddles, often referring to herself in the third person. She switches to first person when upset or when experiencing rare moments of lucidity.
She believes the prophecy is a lie, refusing to accept it and the things that happen in it — having thrown herself into full denial, both about Tenna's fate and the truth of Mike's identity.
If defeated via ACTING, Mike drops the MIKETIE, a defensive set of armor. If defeated via FIGHTING, Mike drops the LUCKYMIC, a weapon equippable by Noelle.
MIKETIE — An old, frayed red bowtie. A fragment of a past built on lies. +3 ATTACK, +3 DEFENSE, +3 MAGIC, reduces damage received from Puppet/Cat attacks by 33%.
LUCKYMIC — A blunt, rigged microphone. For those who are tired of fighting fairly. +RANDOM attack, +7 MAGIC, Heal+. Only equippable by Noelle.
BOSS THEME — MOODSWING by gronnblade.

Current design

Old design
THE KING'S PRECIOUS PIPPINS — CARD KINGDOM ERA BATTAT.
A young, bright-eyed Green Pippins that stands out among the rest in Card Kingdom — there's something almost infectious, if occasionally irritating about her whimsy, energy, and naïve innocence. Just what happened between the Card Kingdom and TV World to make her the Pippins Battat is today?
The Heart King's Prized Pippins, she's heavily doted on by him, carrying many duties as his royal advisor and assistant, as well as duties in the Fields of the Card Kingdom as a royal puzzlemaker. When out in public, she is often accompanied by Hathy bodyguards.
She's quite a bit more responsible and obedient than the average Pippins, following and carrying out orders swiftly and as perfect as she can. Many other Pippins often derogatorily call her a "Goody Two Shoes".
A bit of a klutz, she's often tripping over herself, bumping into things, dropping things -- what have you. Luck is often simply not on her side at all, something that's earned her the mean, ironic nickname of "Lucky".
Despite her unlucky, clumsy tendencies, and how much the world often bears down on her, Pippins hardly ever falters with her joyous demeanor. Perhaps a percentage of it is feigned, sure, but she won't exactly tell anyone THAT.
A bit desperate to fit in, she often copies and mimes other Pippins and their behaviors, following them around, acting overly friendly with them, and practically bending over backwards to get in their good graces. It's often to no avail, as she's often still picked on by them and taken advantage of.
Pippins often feels like she doesn't really have anyone besides her King, something that makes her terribly lonely and desperate for attention from others.

Card Kingdom Era Battat, with Current Day Battat
THE MICRO PHONE THAT BREAKS YOUR BONES — DELTAFELL!BATTAT.
My personal portrayal and interpretation of Deltafell Battat.
A single red Pippins in a sea of green Pippins.
Tenna's haggard producer, "star reporter", and occasional bodyguard — however, more than anything else, what sets this iteration of Battat apart from the rest, is that she and her fellow Mikes want Tenna dead.
Battat has made numerous attempts on Tenna's life, all failures and all backfiring on her in some sort of comedic way. She resents him deeply, and she'll stop at nothing until she's finally killed him for good.
Feeling Mike doesn't get enough recognition as producer, Battat plans to take over the studio herself upon killing him, reshaping it in her image and Mike's name. She's deeply, deeply selfish, and wants all of the studio and the recognition for herself.
A bit of a sadist, Battat revels in the misfortune and pain of others, often intentionally getting a rise out of other people. Out of costume, many know and describe her as being the only Pippins around with a spine. She's not afraid to bark and bite back and beat others down, whether it be verbally or physically.
She's particularly vulgar and crass compared to my main portrayal, in some ways that may border on offensive. Regular Battat is already foul-mouthed and a bit perverted — Deltafell!Battat basically multiplies that by 10.

Battat, with her Mike costume.
YOUR NEW BOSS — TALK SHOW!BATTAT.
Battat / Batts / Mike / Ms. Pippins, the host of the NEW late night talk show, "Mike Check with Ms. Pippins"! Taking the previous slot held by "Mr. "Ant" Tenna's TV Time".
Formerly Tenna's loyal right hand man, one day Battat simply snapped under the pressure of constantly having to cater to his every whim. She fought him, all out, for control of TV World, and somehow... she won?!
Under her new management, Tenna's been turned into Battat's humiliated assistant. A reverse of the former dynamic, Tenna now caters to Battat's every whim, and she absolutely relishes this, taking any and all chances she can possibly get to humiliate him further.
She's on an absolute power trip, and very few are willing to stop her. She's arguably a worse boss than Tenna...
An ambitious one-woman show, Mike Check stars Battat and Battat only. Very few get to share the spotlight for her. She still maintains the Mike alter ego, but with the small alteration of swapping his microphone head for a TV one. Mike is, effectively, Battat's co-host.
Her ego inflated to dramatic proportions, and utterly drunk with power, this Battat is MUCH worse than her regular self, occasionally bordering on being downright cruel or evil. She now views herself as the God and Queen of TV World. She doesn't NEED to know who Mike is. She's BETTER than him.

Battat's with her TV head Mike alter ego.
THE EX-EMPLOYEE — TADC!MIKE.
As a human, Mike's real name was Bathilde Perrin, though she won't necessarily remember this. She was a 30 year old struggling university student working towards her doctorate, specializing in computer science and mathematics. She lived with two roommates, who she remembers as "J" and "P", and many cats.
Often unable to make ends meet, Bathilde, along with her roommates, juggled and moved between multiple jobs, often unable to hold them for more extended periods of time. Working many different types of jobs over the years has led her to acquiring multiple different skills, but her passions lie in tailoring, coding, and music.
A huge nerd, Bathilde had a lot of passion for anime and video games, being an active modder for the "Cat Petterz" game series, particularly specializing in custom difficulties for its minigames. She's also developed mods for retro Legend of Zelda games.
She was also very "chronically online", frequenting many forums and blog sites like Reddit and Tumblr and often starting very trivial arguments with people on them, particularly in fandoms.
Before she came to the circus, her job at the moment had been working as an intern at a local TV broadcasting station.
A former C&A employee / developer and current avid conspiracy theorist, she came back to her old workplace to investigate multiple online conspiracies revolving around C&A in obscure local forums. Digging farther than she should have and putting on the headset, now she's a member of the circus.
Though she's aware of Caine as a project, and has inside knowledge of him that few other members (sans Kinger) would, she did not contribute to creating Caine like Kinger did.
Her tenure at C&A came after the creation of Caine and the circus itself, so Kinger would likely not be very familiar with her. But rest assured, she's VERY familiar with him (or rather, his real world counterpart). She was hired as a temp employee and worked during her early college years while the company was already failing and the building was beginning the process of being abandoned.
AVATAR DETAILS
In the circus, she takes the form of a bright green anthropomorphic kids' karaoke microphone, resembling her disguise as Small Mike in Deltarune.
Height-wise, she's about a head shorter than Pomni.
Her voice is a bit staticky and filtered, as if being played through a poor quality speaker.
he buttons and pads on her suit are functional, allowing her to record, play back, and adjust the volume of herself and other characters, as well as play pre-recorded music. Mostly children's music, though she can also play sound effects.
When holding her breath, Mike's bowtie begins rapidly spinning, and her back speaker plays a slide-whistle sound effect.
Her teeth and fingers sharpen into fangs and claws when she's angry.
Her "neck" is a red plastic spring.
Her hair is made of fine wiry metallic material, the stray strands sticking up from her head occasionally behaving like antenna. Much of the rest of the outer casing on her body is made of plastic that imitates metallic textures, with wires and electronics on the inside.
Mike is not as heavy as one would expect, being surprisingly light and bouncy. She's prone to getting stuck in small spaces and tunnels.
